Delivery FAQs
How quickly can I get delivery?
Delivery times vary by location. Seattle metro area customers can receive same-day delivery for orders placed before noon. Greater Puget Sound is next-day, and Oregon/Idaho locations are typically 2-5 business days.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Minimum orders vary by zone. Seattle metro has no minimum with delivery fees. Other areas typically require 3-10 containers for delivery service. Contact us for specific requirements in your area.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Free delivery is available for qualifying orders. In Seattle metro, orders of 5+ containers ship free. Other zones have higher thresholds - see our delivery zone chart for details.
Can I pick up containers at your facility?
Absolutely! Customer pickup is available at our Seattle facility at 5301 2nd Ave S. This is often the most economical option for customers in the Seattle area.
Do you serve areas not listed?
We may be able to arrange delivery to unlisted locations. Contact us with your address and we'll provide a custom quote. We're always expanding our service area.
