Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available for in-stock items within the Seattle metro area. Orders placed before 10 AM can typically be delivered the same day. For guaranteed same-day delivery, we recommend calling to confirm availability and scheduling. A small rush fee may apply for same-day requests.
What if I am not available during the delivery window?
We offer flexible delivery options to accommodate your schedule. You can authorize delivery without signature (containers left at a specified location), schedule a specific delivery time, or arrange for after-hours delivery. We will work with you to find a solution that works for your situation.
Can you deliver to residential addresses?
Yes, we deliver to both commercial and residential addresses. Our smaller delivery vans can access most residential driveways and streets. For residential deliveries, we typically use liftgate service to lower containers to ground level. Please let us know if there are any access restrictions at your location.
Do you provide liftgate service?
Liftgate service is included at no extra charge for all local deliveries. This allows us to lower containers to ground level without the need for a forklift or loading dock. For flatbed and semi deliveries, forklift equipment at the delivery location is required unless otherwise arranged.
How do I track my delivery?
For regional and freight shipments, we provide tracking numbers and updates throughout the delivery process. For local deliveries, our dispatch team will provide an estimated arrival window and can notify you when the driver is en route. You can also call our office anytime for status updates.
What are your delivery hours?
Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. Early morning deliveries (6 AM) and evening deliveries (until 7 PM) can be arranged with advance notice. Saturday deliveries are available for an additional fee. We do not currently offer Sunday delivery.
Can you deliver to a job site or temporary location?
Absolutely. We regularly deliver to construction sites, farms, event venues, and other temporary locations. Please provide detailed directions and a contact phone number for the on-site person. For remote locations, we may need to verify access for our trucks before scheduling.
