What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all reconditioned containers. If a container does not meet the stated grade or has defects not disclosed at purchase, we will replace it or provide a full refund. New containers carry manufacturer warranties. Can I pick up containers same-day?
Yes! Our Seattle facility offers same-day pickup for in-stock items Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. We recommend calling ahead to confirm availability and to ensure your containers are staged for quick loading. Forklift assistance is available at no extra charge.
