2. Products and Services
Seattle IBC offers IBC containers, tanks, accessories, and related services including but not limited to sales, purchases, recycling, transportation, cleaning, and inspection. All products are subject to availability.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of transaction.
4. Product Condition
Used IBC containers are sold "as-is" based on their grading (Grade A, B, or C). We accurately describe the condition of all products. Buyers should verify suitability for their intended application.
5. Limitation of Liability
Seattle IBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services in question.
6. Proper Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used appropriately and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. IBCs should be inspected before use and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused products in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving returned products. Custom orders and cleaned/reconditioned products may not be eligible for return.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Seattle IBC and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
